Before your appointment

• Carefully read the cancellation policy prior to booking your appointment.  We understand that things are unpredictable these days and will be implementing our cancellation policy within reason.  If you start to feel sick or experience any symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath, chills, nausea, severe headaches, contact your stylist ASAP (at least 24 hours) to reschedule.
  

• Please monitor your health leading up to your appointment as we will be doing the same to ensure your safety.  
    

• Please be mindful of the belongings that you bring into the studio.  Bins are provided for you to place your large belongings (purses/bags/jackets), for your small belongings (cellphone/glasses/jewelry) and there are hooks outside of the studio for your jacket as well.
  
  

• All capes and towels used on each client are not re-used and are immediately put into our laundry bin and laundered after each use. All chairs, bins for belongings, and surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each client.  We have an air purifier that remains on throughout the day and the air filter in the centralized air system is changed weekly.  All tools (shears, combs, clips, brushes, clippers, trimmers etc) will be cleaned and disinfected before and after each client.
  
  

• Due to the occupancy limit based on current restrictions, only those with appointments will be allowed in the studio with the exception of parents accompanying their child. Please coordinate with your stylist if you need to book a time when your stylist is working alone.
  
  

• Masks are required to be worn at all times inside Sola Studios and inside the MOTC studio. We ask that you use over the ear masks vs over the head masks in order for us to be able to do your hair. We have disposable over the ear masks just in case you forget!

Day of your appointment

• Your stylist will text you the day of your appointment and please text when you arrive! Arrive as close to the appointment time (no more than 5 minutes early) as you will either need to wait in your car or outside (weather permitting but we do have awnings) until your stylist meets you at the front door. As of now, there is no waiting area inside.
  
  

• Masks must be worn at all times during your service with the exception of beard trims in which we will wear appropriate PPE. Please also help us by holding your masks when instructed for areas that are obstructed by the mask.
  
  

• We will have disposable masks available for use during color and haircut services as to not stain or get hairs stuck in your personal mask.
  
  

• Upon entering the studio, please sanitize hands with provided sanitizer and/or wash hands at our designated sink area.
  
  

• We no longer require a signature upon check out but will be sanitizing our point of sale equipment before and after use for you to complete check out.
